    By any reasons, Denchi should be endorsed as Dzongkhag Thromde..Moreover, no doubt Nanglam is later winngs of Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag...Our leaders must think over that..Not so a great deal to debate over because the consideration has to given to Denchi, old existing place under Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag otherwise. Consider seven Gewogs fall under Denchi and much less, inded bigger share less, Nanglam has four Gewogs...These are just surface rationales why Denchi needs to be given preference and hope our wise MPs and Local Leaders people of Pema Gatshel understand the same further...
